All bars are made with Bally Callebaut supplied Forastero beans, known for their full bodied, rich flavor.
Our flavor range covers the classics as well as new innovative tastes.
Each bar has a high cocoa mass content 60% minimum, low sugar and only
100% cocoa butter.
The chocolate is conchurned for a long time, to insure it is not bitter or rough and
always smooth with a shine and good snap.
The chocolate, nuts, coffee, tea & hazelnuts are sourced from sustainable farms.
